We are an in-network dental provider for the following insurance plans (this list is subject to change):

• Delta Dental PPO

• United Healthcare Medicare Advantage and Dual Complete

If your plan is not listed above, you will need to contact your insurance company directly to find out if you have out-of-network benefits. We will submit claims to most major insurance companies to utilize those benefits.

For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, cash, and checks.
