Financial Questions

We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental PPO plans and United Healthcare Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Dual Complete plans. We accept all major insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Take a look at our insurance list for more information.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and debit.

No, we are not a CareCredit provider.

Once Dr. Nelson has completed your exam and planned your treatment, all costs will be discussed prior to the work being done.

Most FSAs and HSAs allow you to use those funds for dental care. It is your responsibility to check your FSA/HSA requirements.

Yes, missed appointments or appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.
Scheduling Questions

No. We are opening Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Thursday 7:00am-1:00pm.

While not always possible, we try our best to schedule family appointments as close together as possible.

We provide care for patients from infancy through their senior years.

We make every effort to see established patients experiencing a dental emergency as soon as possible.

The American Dental Association recommends that adults and children have a professional teeth cleaning at least twice a year, but this can vary based on individual dental health needs.

A fear of the dentist or dental treatment is one of the most common fears in the US affecting 36% of people. In our office we provide many creature comforts including our friendly office dog Magnus to help calm your fears. We do not offer Nitrous or sedation dentistry, but are happy to discuss alternative options.
